  1. SCHEDULER/ PLANNER
     Job Descriptions: 
Reporting to the Superintendent Planning, you will responsible to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the required quality, budged and time constraints and to the client's valid requirements; To plan, lead, organise and control the project resources to maximise the achievement of the company's objectives; Ensure that planning and programming of site activities is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones.

    Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years experiences in similar role preferably in Multi Discipline Works and EPC type Project; proficient in scheduling (utilizing software such as Primavera 8.2, and equivalent Software), construction methods, resources analysis and planning, and contract obligations; strong knowledge on concrete structures, road works; extensive experience in earthworks, road works (truck hauling road, urban city road, both flexible and rigid pavement), bridges and concrete superstructure works; have an understanding of the following disciplines: construction regulations, industry codes and standards, workplace health & safety regulations, quality assurance, construction techniques and processes; computer literacy including proficient in MS. Office / IT literate or equivalent; fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

      2.  SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT CONTROL

       Job Descriptions:   
Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager you will responsible to assist Commercial Manager in the Cost Controlling and Commercial Reporting; Ensure the Acumen of Site Staff on Commercial matter; Supervise and maintain Estimate quantities and costs of change orders; Provide and an estimate in the end of month process (Invoice, CV, Cash Call, etc.); Lead and supervise Estimate forecast quantities/cost at completion; and Supervise Tracking of actual quantities/progress against budget.

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold Degree in Civil Engineering or D3 with extensive experiences; you must have a minimum 3 years' experience in similar role; has Knowledge of private business reporting standards, analysis and documentation of cost trends, earned value calculation, and commercial risk analysis and reporting; you should proficient in JDE Project Management Module and detailed understanding of all aspects of the cost control processes; has ability to develop cost control processes that will be applicable for when works are executed and to assemble information necessary for the letting of procurement packages; have an independent and mature personality, self-motivated, result driven and good interpersonal skills; good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia; computer literacy including proficient in MS.         3.  SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT

        Job Descriptions: 
Reporting to the Superintendent Engineer, you will responsible to
•  Provide technical direction for all Engineering works from contract award through to commissioning phase.
•  Liaise with Client Engineer Reps on all aspect of Site Engineering.
•  Liaise with Design Consultant for all Engineering matters (include but not limited to RFIs, TQs, Design for Temporary Works) and ensure they are being inform to Site Supervisions by providing continuous assistance.
•  Provide support on QA and QC.
•  Provide support to Project Controls team on producing Quantity Take Offs, Progress of Works.
•  Plan and control permanent material purchases. Work collaboratively with QC/Material Engineers to ensure all procured material meet technical requirements.
•  Expediting procurement and logistics to ensure site crew have all the required materials, equipment, manpower and services on schedule.
•  Ensure that planning and programming of site activities and procurement is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones.

      Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years' experiences in similar role and site experience is desirable; has extensive experience in Earthworks, Road works (truck hauling road, urban city road, both flexible and rigid pavement), bridges and concrete superstructure works; Strong knowledge on Concrete Structures, Road Works; understanding on Rigging & Lifting, Scaffolding, Crane Load Chart; have an understanding of the following disciplines: construction regulations, industry codes and standards, workplace health & safety regulations, quality assurance, construction techniques and processes;; computer literacy including proficient in MS.      4. SURVEYOR

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Superintendent Engineer, you will responsible to assist the Senior Surveyor to manage and co-ordinate survey office/field activities to provide appropriate survey service to construction, mine planning, reconciliation and design personnel to enable accurate design, construction and mine planning of all site activities.

     Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need to have Tertiary Qualifications in Surveying / Geodetic Engineering with minimum 1 - 3 years Industrial experience in Construction and Mining; Experience in Surveying for Earthworks, Road works (truck hauling road, urban city road, both flexible and rigid pavement), bridges and concrete superstructure works; Understanding of Mining and Construction Technology,  Engineering and Surveying Principles including RTK GPS and Total Stations, Surveying Equipment and Applications, and Engineering and Surveying Software; Demonstrate basic of Terramodel or other Surveying Software Package; Understanding of Computer Data Management and Manipulation; computer literacy including proficient in MS. Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent; fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent;  analytical and attention to detail; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

     5.  CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will responsible to assist the Contracts Manager to execute whole of contract administration activities including tender, negotiation and awarding process, respond to contract performance issues and contribute to Thiess corporate objectives.

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold bachelor degree of quantity surveying or law with minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in contract related role, cost control or procurement contract area; you should proficient in tendering process, business contract drafting, purchasing experiences; computer literacy including proficient in MS.      6.   SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEER

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Project Manager you will responsible to:
•  Provide technical advice and direction for all engineering works to support the site establishment works (i.e. batch plant operations, precast yard, rebar shop and access for temporary works);
•  Familiarisation and Verification of technical documents / Approved for Construction Drawings generated by consultants issued by the Design Team, subcontractors & vendors in accordance with project procedures;
•  Prepare Management of Temporary Works Procedure and identify the Temporary Works required for the project, Coordinate with the Temporary Works Consultants / Specialists for a Temporary Works Design, Review the design and Issue the Temporary Works Design to the Design Team / Design Consultant through Keystone Incite for design compliance and Safety in Design;
•  Familiarisation of the design to identify and raise Technical Queries (RFI) relating to the design by obtaining written answers from the Design Team via Keystone Insight, Subcontractors or Vendors in accordance with Project Procedures; Familiarisation of the design to identify and raise Design Change Request (DCR) in accordance with the Project Procedures; Provide support to the Design Team for additional survey / site verification / photos when required for response to the RFI and DCR; Provide necessary information to the Design Team to allow As-Built drawings to be prepared by the Consultant for the Project; Ensure design changes are effectively coordinated.
•  Coordinate and liaise with all parties, statutory activities, client and technical representatives from other organizations for on-site technical matters to ensure proper co-ordination of engineering and construction activities and to ensure timely resolution of matters and approvals.

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to graduate from bachelor / master degree in Engineering / Civil Engineering with minimum of 5 years' experience as Sr. Project Engineer in toll road/highway road projects or has experience in subcontract management, or project management; Has minimum 3 years'experience worked for toll road/highway contractors (i.e. ex-Karya's); proficient in civil engineering and financial expertise in civil and structure designs, project planning & scheduling, project cost valuation and resource management focus; You should have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment, strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, computer literate, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
     7.  SENIOR QC ENGINEER STRUCTURES/ FABRICATIONS

Reporting to the QA/ QC Coordinator, you will responsible to
•  Lead, guide and manage the quality related functions of his direct reports (i.e. QC Inspectors) in the monitoring, witnessing and inspection of quality related concrete structures and fabrication activities in accordance with project requirement and schedule to meet project needs on a timely manner;
•  Inspect, verify, monitor and surveillance on quality related earthworks and paving activities in the construction of Toll Road in compliance with project specifications, standards, regulations and contract scope of work and ensure proper documentations;
•  Liaise with the earthworks and paving teams and QC Engineer - Materials to ensure all materials needed for these activities are all tested and compliance with the quality requirements and the contract scope of works prior to usage;
•  Continually improve the operation and efficiency of QA/QC practices across TCI and enhance the skills and development of QA/QC staff across the business.

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering with extensive experiences with minimum 8 years' experience in site based; You must have a minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction (preferably in roads/ highway/ toll roads) as QC Engineer or higher with minimum of 3 years' experience in earthworks / paving inspection;  You should proficient in Quality Project Management, ISO 9001 : Quality Management System - Requirements, and development of management plans, procedures and corresponding inspection check list, Inspection and Test Plans (I&TPs) and other quality documents; Familiar with various standards such as Indonesia Standards (SNI), Australian Standards, ASSHTO, ACI and British Standard; computer literacy including proficient in MS.      8.   SENIOR QC ENGINEER BATCH PLANT/ LABORATORY/ MATERIALS

•  Inspect, verify, monitor and surveillance on quality related earthworks and paving activities in the construction of Toll Road in compliance with project specifications, standards, regulations and contract scope of work and ensure proper documentations;
•  Ensure all materials needed for quality related activities are all tested and in compliance with the quality requirements and the contract scope of works prior to usage;
•  Continually improve the operation and efficiency of QA/QC practices across TCI and enhance the skills and development of QA/QC staff across the business. 

     Qualifications:

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the QA/ QC Manager, you will responsible to
•  Lead, guide and manage his direct reports (i.e. Document Controller, and GDP/TMS coordinator) for all matters related to the control of quality related documentations for the toll road construction projects (Solo - Ngawi, Ngawi - Kertosono and Cinere - Serpong) in accordance with project procedures and TMS.
•  Responsible in the implementation, maintenance and uploading of documents in Incite Keystone.
•  Directly responsible for all activities related to the control of documents and records for the projects in accordance with project procedures and TMS. Performs verification, monitoring, surveillance and audit on the documentation process to ensure compliance with project documentation requirements.
•  Continually improve the operation and efficiency of QA/QC practices across TCI and enhance the skills and development of QA/QC staff across the business.

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold graduate / diploma in any engineering course with minimum 5 years' experience in Document Management for projects; You must have a minimum 3 years' experience as a Document Controller or higher position; You should proficient in Quality Project Management, ISO 9001 : Quality Management System - Requirements, and development of management plans, procedures and corresponding inspection check list; Familiar with various standards such as Indonesia Standards (SNI), Australian Standards, ASSHTO, ACI and British Standard; computer literacy including proficient in MS. Reporting to the QA/ QC Coordinator, you will responsible for all documentation activities related to the control of documents and records for Solo - Ngawi Toll Road D&C Project in accordance with approved project procedures and management plans; Record and check the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing documents; Maintain at all times a whole and complete control copy (hard & soft) of project technical documents and records; Maintain, update and implement the Project Filing Index at all times; Share, distribute documents / records via incite / outlook to all controlled copy holders; Prepare for the handover of designated documents and records to Clients; Properly archive project documents and records in accordance with project procedures; Comply with all Project Management Plan requirements applicable to this position description.

Reporting to the Sr. QC Engineer, you will responsible to plan and coordinate all fabrication (precast / prestressed / post tension concrete structures) daily inspection and testing activates with construction  team in accordance with I&TPs and construction schedule; Inspect, verify, witness and surveillance on quality related fabrication activities in the construction of Toll Road in compliance with project specifications, standards, regulation and contract scope of work and ensure proper documentations; Liaise with the QC Inspector - materials to ensure all materials needed for these activities are all tested  and compliance with the quality requirements and the contract scope of works prior to usage; Continually improve the operation and efficiency of QA/ QC practices across TCI and enhance the skills and development of QA/QC Staff across the business.

To be successful in this role you will need to hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering with extensive experiences with minimum 6 year's experience in site based; You must have a minimum 4 years' experience in Civil Construction (preferably in roads/ highway/ toll roads) as QC  Inspector/ Engineer or higher with minimum of 3 years's experience in fabrication of concrete structures and/ or concrete structure erection inspections;  You should proficient in Quality Project Management, ISO 9001 : Quality Management System - Requirements, and development of management plans, procedures and corresponding inspection check list, Inspection and Test Plans (I&TPs) and other quality documents; Familiar with various standards such as Indonesia Standards (SNI), Australian Standards, ASSHTO, ACI and British Standard; computer literacy including proficient in MS. Office / IT literate or equivalent; fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits. 

     17.  QC INSPECTOR STRUCTURES

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Sr. QC Engineer, you will responsible to plan and coordinate all structures (OP / UP/ Bridges / Pedestrians / Interchanges, etc.)  daily inspection and testing activates with construction  team in accordance with I&TPs and construction schedule; Inspect, verify, witness and surveillance on quality related structure erection activities in the construction of Toll Road in compliance with project spesifications, standards, regulation and contract scope of work and ensure proper documentations; Liaise with the QC Inspector - materials to ensure all materials needed for these activities are all tested  and compliance with the quality requirements and the contract scope of works prior to usage; Continually improve the operation and efficiency of QA/ QC practices across TCI and enhance the skills and development of QA/QC Staff across the business.

      18.  ENGINEER CONCRETE PRE-CAST

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Sr. Engineer Concrete Pre-Cast, you will responsible to plan and manage production of concrete pre-cast consist of but not limited to girder beams, slab, box culvert etc.; monitor and report productivity of pre-cast concrete yard; monitor fabrication as per schedule and priority. 

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering or D3 with extensive experiences with minimum 3 years in experience in major construction industry especially in major concrete pre-cast company; you must have an experience in concrete pre-cast production (plan, construct, monitor and report; and site experience is desirable. You should have complete PPJK course, have an understanding of the following discipline such construction regulations; industrial codes and standards; workplace health & safety regulations; quality assurance; construction techniques and processes; strong knowledge of concrete pre-cast technology; computer literacy including advance skill in MS. Office & knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent, fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits. 

     19.  ENGINEER REBAR BENDING SCHEDULE

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Sr. Engineer, you will responsible to produce rebar bending schedule for all structural concrete work using rebar schedule software (template); to monitor and report productivity of rebar shop; to monitor rebar fabrication as per schedule and priority; to monitor rebar stock and minimize rebar waste. 

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering or D3 with extensive experiences with minimum 3 years in experience in major construction work; experience in creating / preparing rebar bending schedule and site experience is desirable. You should have complete PPJK course, have an understanding of the following discipline such construction regulations; industrial codes and standards; workplace health & safety regulations; quality assurance; construction techniques and processes; strong knowledge of rebar schedule software; computer literacy including advance skill in MS. Office & knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent; knowledge of other industry software such as AutoCAD and structural software is desirable; fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits. 

     20.  SENIOR ENGINEER PRE-CAST

     Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will responsible to Leading the production of concrete pre-cast consist of but not limited to girder beams, slab, box culvert etc.; making plan and manage day to day pre-cast production either self-production or under sub-contract; monitor and report productivity of pre-cast concrete yard; monitor fabrication as per schedule and priority.

     Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering or D3 with extensive experiences with minimum 7 years in experience in major construction industry especially in major concrete pre-cast company; you must have an experience in concrete pre-cast production (plan, construct, monitor and report; and site experience is desirable. You should have complete PPJK course, have an understanding of the following discipline such construction regulations; industrial codes and standards; workplace health & safety regulations; quality assurance; construction techniques and processes; strong knowledge of concrete pre-cast technology; computer literacy including advance skill in MS. Office & knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent, fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
